Job Description: A Southern Area Sales Manager is needed to join a growing family-run business selling mid-high end innovative healthcare products. The role requires ongoing account development, seeking out new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and increasing business opportunities through various routes.
Requirements
- Previous proven B2B sales experience
- A strong relationship builder and solution seller
- Be target driven, organised and maintain a meticulous in-depth knowledge of products and services provided
- Have the analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose solutions of benefit to the customer
- Excellent customer service skills, being well-spoken and articulate with a professional telephone manner
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Willingness to cover a large territory (although overnight stays are expected to be minimal)
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing sales and achieve sales growth of company products through new business development
- Demonstrate excellent technical/product knowledge of the company's products
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, face-to-face visits, via video calls, telephone calls and emails
- Guide prospects through the Sales Funnel, consistently bringing new customers on board
- Support existing customers by keeping regular contact with them, ensuring they are updated with developments, their needs are catered for
Benefits
- οΏ½οΏ½40,000 - Β£60,000 basic salary DOE
- Uncapped bonus commission (realistic OTE is 75K +++)

- Fully remote job. Ideally on the road 3-4 days a week and home/office based once - twice a week
- Able to travel to E Suffolk Head office once a month minimum, more initially
