Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar senior creative role (minimum 5 years)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative skills and leadership in design projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of design trends

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and execution of all visual projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, and digital content
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback, guidance, and support to enhance their skills and performance
• Oversee the creation of storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge of creativity
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
