Summary
Join Front Row's Design Team as an Art Director and lead the visual direction for ecommerce clients, focusing on Amazon and other global platforms. Develop and refine design concepts into high-quality visuals, and lead a growing design team. Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape the overall creative strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Act as a creative partner for clients, presenting design strategies and integrating emerging tools into the team's workflow. Apply a holistic view of visual communication, understanding how design and copy work together to drive impact.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in senior design roles, ideally in a digital agency environment
- You have a sharp eye for detail paired with a strong sense for aesthetics and consistently high design standards
- You are curious and experimental mindset with first hands-on experience using AI Design Tools
- You have proven track record in leading creative projects and supporting design teams in delivering high-quality results
- You have strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led, performance-driven design work
- You hold strong understanding of e-commerce design principles and their impact on conversion
- You are highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders and lead creative conversations
- You hold a solid grasp of brand, business, and product design fundamentals
- You are fluent in English, and ideally in German as well

- You collaborate closely with the Creative Director to shape the overall creative strategy and translate business goals into impactful design
- You ensure brand consistency and excellence across all visual touchpoints
- Act as a creative partner for our clients, you confidently present design strategies and act as a thought leader in the room
- You stay curious and engaged with emerging tools, particularly in the AI design space, and help integrate them into the team’s workflow
- You apply a holistic view on visual communication, understanding how design and copy work together to drive impact
