Summary

Join Olipop as their Art Director and translate the brand's vibrant ethos into a bold visual world across various platforms. You will execute 360 creative campaigns, collaborate with various teams and agencies, and develop art direction for partnerships. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of experience in art direction, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work, and exceptional taste in visual storytelling. You will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. The role offers a base salary of $130,000-$145,000 plus bonus.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in art direction, preferably experience within an agency, CPG brand or both
  • A strong, well-curated portfolio that demonstrates a range of work—from big ideas to finely crafted execution across a range of mediums
  • Proven ability to develop the creative process from concept to final deliverables across all touchpoints: digital, social, and campaign work
  • Exceptional taste and a clear point of view when it comes to visual storytelling, typography, composition, and color
  • Experience developing and executing 360° brand campaigns across social, OOH, retail, web, and experiential
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other design tools
  • An iterative mindset—comfortable refining ideas, testing creative approaches, and evolving designs based on feedback and performance
  • Ability to work fluidly between hands-on design work and high-level creative direction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you can sell a vision, give clear feedback, and inspire a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Deep understanding of cultural trends, aesthetics, and how brands show up in the world today
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for photoshoots, events, and creative productions (estimated 25% travel)

Responsibilities

  • Execute 360 creative campaigns across various touchpoints—social, web, retail, OOH, influencer, and experiential, in collaboration with external agency partners and internal OLIPOP team
  • Concept and execute product launches, content initiatives and retail focused campaigns
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to craft visually compelling stories
  • Develop art direction for creator and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with overarching campaign goals and brand aesthetics
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to creative challenges—finding smart, strategic ways to make great work happen
  • Concept and direct internal sizzle reels or creative assets to support cross-departmental initiatives, business presentations, and internal brand storytelling
  • Develop and uphold visual consistency across all brand channels, ensuring every asset feels distinctly OLIPOP
  • Stay on top of cultural trends, digital movements, and design innovations to keep OLIPOP visually ahead of the curve

Benefits

$130,000-$145,000 base salary + bonus
