Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven experience as an Art Director in the gaming industry with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Knowledge of the Roblox platform and experience working with teams inside
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations and project constraints

- Inspire and mentor artists, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence
- Define and communicate the artistic vision of our games, ensuring a consistent and visually compelling experience for players
- Collaborate with game designers, writers, and other stakeholders to integrate visual elements seamlessly into the overall game narrative
- Oversee the planning and execution of art-related tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with producers to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, and animators, to ensure cohesive integration of art assets into the game environment
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and iterative creative process
- Conduct regular reviews of art assets to maintain a high level of quality and consistency with the established artistic direction
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve any visual issues
