Art Director

Summary

Join Unicorn Hunters, a groundbreaking series connecting entrepreneurs with investors, as an experienced and creative Art Director. You will lead and inspire a design team, guiding the creative vision across various media platforms. This role requires a strong portfolio and proven track record. You will develop visual concepts, collaborate with copywriters, ensure high visual standards, and manage a team of designers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in international agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an art-related occupation, such as graphic design, fine arts, editing, or photography in international agencies
• Bilingual English - Spanish
• Strong in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• Resourcefulness and adaptability to changing technology and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts based on internal clients’ briefs, tailored for various media platforms such as digital communications, websites, mobile apps, emails, marketing materials, videos, and branding initiatives
• Work closely with copywriters to develop creative projects from inception to completion
• Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
• Review and provide direction and feedback on the work of designers
• Manage and motivate a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the final product meets the company’s standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and implement design strategies that promote excellence
