Requirements

• Extensive experience in art direction within the mobile gaming industry, with a proven track record of successful projects
• Mastery of Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or equivalent 3D software), with a deep understanding of their application in game development
• Strong technical acumen to optimize assets and workflows for mobile platforms, ensuring efficiency and high performance
• Solid artistic foundations with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering visually stunning games
• A collaborative leader, skilled in fostering teamwork and communication, adept at giving and receiving feedback to drive creative excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative vision and direction of a live game with a large player-base, ensuring a cohesive and appealing visual style
• Lead the design and development of game assets, including characters, environments, and user interface elements, with a focus on creating a memorable player experience
• Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations, setting high standards for visual quality
• Coordinate closely with development teams to integrate artistic elements in Unity, addressing technical challenges through innovative solutions
• Guide the use of 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals, making strategic decisions based on the game’s needs
• Champion the adoption of advanced art production tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve asset quality
