Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree or higher in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience working as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role
• Proven experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) applications
• Proven experience with at least one of the AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Proficiency in Python
• Basic understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized networks, and smart contracts
• Familiarity with data processing pipelines, model deployment, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in analyzing structured and unstructured data, especially blockchain on-chain/off-chain data
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation at the intersection of AI and Web3

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into various systems and applications
• Research and experiment with emerging AI techniques, particularly large language models to enhance functionality and innovation
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support AI/ML processes
• Analyze data to extract insights and improve decision-making
• Stay informed about advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies
• Implement SotA techniques into engineering pipelines
• Test, evaluate, and iterate on AI models to ensure continuous improvement
• Work cross-functionally to define objectives, requirements, and success metrics for AI initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI solutions for blockchain/Web3 products such as decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, or DAOs
• Familiarity with languages such as Rust, Go or Solidity
• Large Language Model red teaming experiences
• Engagement in popular AI-related open-source projects
