Training and mentorship are provided for entry-level candidates from IITs, NITs, and BITS.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML, with focus on natural language processing or document analysis
- Hands-on experience using large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude or similar
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, spaCy, or Hugging Face
- Experience with embeddings, chunking, and vectorization techniques for document processing
- Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar
- Ability to design and run structured tests to evaluate AI outputs
Responsibilities
- Use AI models (like GPT or Claude) to extract useful information from documents
- Convert plain English content into structured formats (like JSON, tables, or templates)
- Write and refine prompts to get consistent, accurate results from AI tools
- Build simple tools or scripts to test and review AI outputs
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI-generated outputs into a working system
- Keep track of where each output came from in the original document
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
- Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or legal documents
- Familiarity with web APIs, data integration, or LLMOps pipelines
