Requirements

• Possess 15+ years of hands-on development experience in CA/2E (Synon), including programming, array handling, and commit control
• Possess 8+ years of hands-on development experience in COBOL (AS400, Cobol ILE, COBOL/400)
• Possess expertise in iSeries, CLLE, and SQL
• Possess strong exposure to DB2400 and experience with ACMS/MOM
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of PBM functions, including core adjudication, pricing, accumulators, Medicare D pricing, benefit plan management, patient pay structures, and regulatory compliance
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Analyze and interpret functional and technical requirements to deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Provide hands-on leadership in development while mentoring team members in an onshore/offshore model
• Design, develop, and optimize applications to meet performance and scalability requirements
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and continuous integration initiatives
• Coordinate with clients for requirement clarifications and solution discussions
• Contribute to the development of the technical roadmap, ensuring innovation and efficiency
