Assistant Preschool Teacher

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 0-6
• Completed the Colorado Shines education training hours
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits, CDA or desire to complete
• Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
• Ability to work well with other adults

Responsibilities

Support our Lead Guides in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
