As an Associate Account Executive, you will be part of the Wholesale Team and responsible for building relationships with Dispensary Staff, educating them on Curaleaf products, gathering field intel, and conducting store audits.

• You have open availability and flexibility to work late afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
• You have some experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or territory manager

Responsibilities

• Build Rapport with the dispensary influencers to drive business at all levels, customer sizes, and types
• Educate store employees on products, services, features, pricing, and upcoming events
• Position and merchandise our products in a visually appealing manner
• Work closely with Account Executives and State Leads – you will be their eyes and ears in the field
• Collect store audits and activation data
• Submit recaps, detailing on-site sales, consumer feedback, competitive intel, etc. to the sales team
• Schedule and set up in-store and community appointments and activations
• Attend events and trade shows
