Join Unlock Health as an Associate Account Executive and embark on a fulfilling sales journey in the Behavioral Health and Senior Living sectors. You will support active sales opportunities, lead outreach and qualification calls, participate in meetings, build key relationships, and collaborate across departments. This player-coach role involves contributing to strategies that deliver value to providers and partners nationwide. The position offers opportunities to learn consultative selling and contribute to forecasting and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 1β2 years in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role, ideally in the healthcare space
- A genuine interest in Behavioral Health, Senior Living, and helping underserved communities
- Hunger to learn and grow into a full-cycle sales role
- Strong communication skills: you can ask thoughtful questions and really listen to the answers
- Organized, dependable, and proactive: you follow through without being asked twice
- Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, and sales engagement platforms, or are quick to learn them
Responsibilities
- Support sales on active opportunities β from early discovery through late-stage deals
- Leverage sales tools/techniques to build a healthy top of the funnel
- Lead initial outreach and qualification calls with prospects, especially within the Behavioral Health and Senior Living space
- Join and help run calls, follow-ups, and proposal meetings to gain firsthand experience in closing business
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand what really matters to them
- Collaborate across marketing, client experience, and operations to provide feedback and help refine our go-to-market approach
- Learn how to sell consultatively β not just what we do, but why it matters to providers, patients and residents
- Track progress in our CRM and contribute to forecasting and pipeline growth
- Help coordinate and support the transition from Sales to Service (send contracts, schedule internal hand-off meetings, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ABM approaches and multi-threading to Senior Living and/or Behavioral Health stakeholders
