Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing or administrative role β internships or related work are a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust, encourage collaboration, and support a positive team culture
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing B2B customers
- Assist with onboarding, renewal coordination, and ongoing client communication
- Monitor account health by tracking customer usage and engagement
- Prepare and send reports, follow-up emails, and other client-facing documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in HubSpot
- Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and follow through on action items
- Contribute to initiatives that improve the customer experience and team efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in inside sales is preferred but not required
- Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and join in-person team gatherings
