Summary

Join our Analyst training program as a recent graduate with a degree in marketing, advertising, business, or data analytics. This 8-week intensive program includes technical training, leadership development opportunities, and hands-on experience working with industry-leading experts.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters level degree in digital marketing, advertising, data science/analytics, marketing analyst certificates, or digital marketing and data analytics bootcamps
• Graduation/completion date no later than May 2025
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools, like Excel, for evaluating, modeling, and interpreting complex data
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in both independent and team environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information and trends to clients and stakeholders
• Skilled in data visualization to present actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for clients
• Inquisitive and curious, with a learning mindset
• Adaptable and able to adjust to new environments, self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and capable of multitasking
• Strong collaboration skills, approaching challenges with empathy and a desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client requirements
• Communicate with clients regularly to deliver insights on trends and strategic recommendations for growth
• Solve complex business and technical problems by collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, diagnosing issues, and driving solutions that support larger business objectives
• Work with a team of client strategy, data, and technology professionals to drive cross-functional projects, ensuring scalable and repeatable outcomes for client success
