Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting
  • Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus
  • Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and represent clients in court
