Summary
Join our reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm in San Diego, California as a talented Civil Litigation Attorney. Handle a broad spectrum of cases, collaborate with experienced partners, and have the opportunity to take on challenging cases.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting
- Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and represent clients in court
