Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on trust, estate, and probate matters preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and assist with case strategy
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and analysis on trust, estate, and probate issues
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions
• Attend mediations, court appearances, and hearings as required
• Collaborate with other team members and staff to ensure effective case management
