Join Windsor Troy as an Associate Attorney and focus on case strategy and professional development in plaintiff's side personal injury and school/government liability cases. The right candidate will have experience taking, defending, and preparing for depositions and an interest in attending court hearings and mediations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
• Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery
• Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State bar is required

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints
• Draft meet and confer letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery disputes
• Prepare clients for depositions and other applicable hearings
• Take and defend depositions throughout the course of litigation
• Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions
• Attend court appearances
• Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases
• Direct and support investigation on all assigned litigation matters
