Responsibilities

• Support the Banking Partnerships team in our bank relationships and day-to-day activities by assisting with completing bank questionnaires, feedback documents, bank account openings forms, and other documents and inquiries from Trustly NAs Banking Partners
• Prepare company information, slide decks, and monthly reports for internal and external use
• Participate in integration projects for new banking products and services
• Gather the required information for the necessary follow-ups, schedule calls, and assist with escalations when necessary to move the relationship forward

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industry and banking, such as customer service; and/or Project management experience is a plus
