Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers
  • Demonstrated passion for results
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools without assistance to assist in communicating insights
  • Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • The right to work in Canada or the United States is required

Responsibilities

  • You coach client analysts and line managers
  • Your key responsibility is to provide rigor and accuracy to the improvement effort
  • You directly support client Idea owners, providing technical and analytical support
  • You recognize when ideas are under or over-performing relative to expectations and youโ€™re the primary source for validating the benefit stream generated by these ideas
  • You draw on and develop your leadership skills to help build the client organizationโ€™s โ€˜wiringโ€™ to ensure a culture of continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates need to be prepared to travel internationally
