Summary

The job is for a Data & Analytics Associate at AdTheorent. The role involves managing reporting responsibilities, providing analytics support to other departments, working with complex data structures, delivering campaign performance results, and identifying ongoing analytics needs across the company. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and skills in quantitative studies, digital advertising landscape, project management, communication, Excel, PowerPoint, attention to detail, and preferably Relational Databases and Business Intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative studies preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience working in a quantitative business environment
• Understanding of digital advertising landscape
• Strong project management skills: ability to concurrently manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to tell a compelling story with data
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (required)
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Self-sufficiently manage reporting responsibilities and analytical projects with guidance from senior team members
• Provide proactive analytics support to other departments
• Work with complex data structures and produce easy-to-understand, error-free, and timely deliverables that analyze user behavior online to provide actionable insights that address client business objectives
• Deliver campaign performance results and presentations to internal stakeholders
• Work with the VP of Data & Analytics to identify ongoing analytics needs across the company

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Relational Databases (e.g. – SQL Server) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. – Tableau)
