Associate Database Analyst

Requirements

• Visual basic application, SQL, MS Excel, RDBMS (Database Mgt.)
• Any programming language e.g. Java
• 2-3 years experience in data mining
• Experience in effective collection, manipulation, and calculation of data using available tools e.g. MS Excel
• Ability to extract data from database and other sources
• Ability to produce graphs and charts/present data in a visually informative way through Excel
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and debuggers e.g. Firebug

Responsibilities

• Manages complex abstract data models along with relationships between the data model and the data in the relational databases
• Performs data mining and database documentation
• Streamlines and automates data mining processes to scale properly
• Ensures and maintains data integrity and data accuracy
• Services internal/external customer needs and translate this need into solutions
• Communicates effectively complex ideas and methodologies to all levels of management and staff

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge on internet cookies and other tracking technologies (can be learned/not required at entry level)
