Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's apparel
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of fabric, color, and design principles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of the Juicy Couture aesthetic

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of seasonal collections that align with Juicy Couture's brand identity
• Create sketches, tech packs, and detailed design specifications
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inspiration relevant to the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and production
• Participate in design reviews and presentations
• Work closely with sample makers to ensure design accuracy and quality
• Stay informed about competitive brands and market positioning
