Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Leading the charge on departmental growth and innovation, including identifying key areas of growth across the team and providing opportunities for learning and development
  • Maintaining oversight of client accounts, including actively verifying and ensuring the quality of service provided to all SEO and CRO clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships with client contacts, acting as the point of escalation for complex client situations, personally driving strategy on key client accounts, and collaborating closely with other team leads
  • Acting as the SEO & CRO expert in the sales process, providing technical expertise and strategic insights, including collaborating on compelling proposals and presentations, and participating in sales calls to address technical questions in your areas of expertise

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in SEO and CRO services, and at least 1 year in a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving conversion rates for diverse clients
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO)
  • Experience with CRO tools and methodologies (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, A/B testing)
  • Experience with heat mapping / user behavior tracking softwares (e.g. Clarity, HotJar)
  • Experience with leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity.ai, Claude)
  • Strong understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GSC)
