Summary

Join StimLabs as an Account Field Reimbursement Manager (AFRM) and collaborate with the Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to provide reimbursement support to customers and Account Executives for all StimLabs products. You will enhance access and fulfillment, foster communication across departments, contribute to strategic planning, and demonstrate comprehensive reimbursement and market access knowledge. Responsibilities include educating customers on product reimbursement, collaborating with various teams to monitor activities, and addressing reimbursement challenges. This role requires strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer education and support.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer education and support related to healthcare products
  • Familiarity with coding practices and claims submission processes
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to supporting both the team and customers

Responsibilities

  • Support the FRM team to enhance access and fulfillment related to StimLabs products
  • Foster effective communication across various departments, including Market Access, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Field Sales
  • Contribute to both long-term and short-term strategic planning, executing necessary tactics in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of reimbursement and market access for StimLabs’ entire product portfolio
  • Assist FRM’s as needed by educating new and existing customers on product reimbursement, including billing, coding, claims submission, national and local coverage policies, and best practices for clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with sales, market access, and insurance verification teams to proactively monitor reimbursement activities and address reimbursement challenges
  • Support team members in identifying, understanding, and overcoming patient access and fulfillment obstacles, with an emphasis on reimbursement knowledge across different service sites
  • Perform related duties as assigned
