Summary

Join Aurora Solar as an Associate Inside Sales Representative and become the face of our consumer-focused solar marketplace. You will engage potential customers, assess property suitability for solar, and guide them through the solar adoption process. This role involves delivering virtual sales presentations, managing sales documents, building customer relationships, and collaborating with installer partners. You will need strong communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and flexibility. Requirements

  • Comfortable using MS Office, G Suite, CRMs, and virtual sales platforms to drive productivity and enhance customer interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with diverse customers and team members
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills to keep the sales process running smoothly
  • A flexible approach with the ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
  • A results-driven, self-directed individual eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling virtual sales presentations via Zoom, clearly demonstrating the value of solar energy and addressing customer inquiries with confidence
  • Evaluate property suitability for solar installation by asking targeted questions and providing expert guidance to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Efficiently manage all required sales documents using Aurora’s proprietary software, ensuring compliance and a smooth sales process
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships by following up on leads, nurturing referral opportunities, and consistently providing exceptional customer service
  • Serve as the key contact between consumers and our local solar installer partners, fostering strong collaborations that drive successful installations
  • Represent and embody the Aurora Solar Vision and Mission, championing our commitment to a sustainable energy future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior inside sales or solar industry experience—while not required, we’ll provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to effectively serve a diverse customer base
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts to complement your sales expertise
