Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms
  • Strong understanding of document management techniques, including metadata and tagging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results effectively
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing responsive support
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop proficiency in various technologies and capabilities
  • Motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the company
  • Experience in creating design documents and technical specifications
  • Ability to build SharePoint pages and webparts

Responsibilities

  • Utilize expertise in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to enhance enterprise productivity and document management
  • Develop and implement effective metadata and tagging techniques to optimize document management processes including but not limited to archival strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans and solutions
  • Operationalize solutions to ensure seamless and intuitive document management and collaboration within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Provide exceptional customer support by managing and resolving Teams and SharePoint inquiries and escalations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and capabilities to continuously grow and contribute to the company's success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a SharePoint/Teams administrator, preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data transformation and data visualization, preferred
  • Comfortable with documenting business requirements, creating technical design documents and leading project meetings, preferred
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, and PowerShell, preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the finance or insurance industry, preferred
