Summary
Join E2open as an Associate Logistics Coordinator and play a critical role in managing our clients' transportation within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) portfolio. You will be responsible for guiding the entire supply chain process, from planning to delivery, coordinating with carriers, managing costs, and resolving issues. This role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. The position offers a flexible remote work arrangement (90% remote after initial training) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a company bonus program. The schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts, with two consecutive rest days per week. Successful candidates will possess 2+ years of relevant experience and advanced computer skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant and equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others without role power
- High attention to detail is required
- Proven problem-solving ability; comfortable analyzing large data sets and presenting recommendations
- Advanced English is required to perform the job
Responsibilities
- Guide our clients' entire supply chain process, from planning to delivery. This includes choosing the best transport methods, ensuring timely dispatch, and coordinating delivery schedules to optimize service and cost
- Actively communicate with transport providers to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries, handling any changes or delays effectively
- Oversee and decide on additional charges, manage shipment-related expenses, and negotiate rates to stay within budget while maintaining service quality
- Address any issues in the delivery process, offering creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators like on-time deliveries and carrier efficiency to improve our service continuously
- Establish strong, trusting client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor
- Maintain up-to-date information on assigned tasks and be available to provide on-call/after-hours support through a phone rotation system as needed
- Collaborate in holiday coverage and operational demands to meet customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and/or supplier management experience is highly preferred
- Experience with supply chain software (E2openβs portfolio suite or JDA, SAP, Oracle, Mercury Gate, Pinc, etc.) is preferred

- Onboarding & Training: To ensure you get off to a strong start, e2open will provide paid training which will take place in the office during day shift hours for the first 5 weeks
- Consistent Schedule: Work 40 hours per week on a set schedule. Weekdays (Monday to Friday) shifts run from 4 pm to 1 am EST. Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are assigned 8-hour shifts within the 9 am to 9 pm EST range. Youβll always have two consecutive rest days each week, which may fall on weekdays
