Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities are essential.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams
• Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases
• Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence
• Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights
• Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
