Your expertise in data management and market intelligence will support strategic decision-making and process improvement.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams
- Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases
- Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence
- Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights
- Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus and good to have
