Requirements
- California residents who hold an active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license
- At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist
- Associate license is not in subsequent status and/or reach subsequent status during employment
Responsibilities
- Provide attuned psychotherapy: All Associates, regardless of the status of their supervised experience, are required to work with clients who are children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Work full-time (36 hours/week: 26 hours of therapy sessions, 2 hours for individual, triadic, and/or group supervision and 8 hours for admin time). Your schedule will include availability to see clients 2 weekdays/week between 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) or one weekday/week 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM (Pacific time)
- Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus!
- Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
- Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
