• A proven ability to deliver large scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements
• Outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems
• Possess strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes
• Take a proactive, team-oriented approach to the undertaking of analysis, whilst being both strategic and pragmatic
• Be an experienced team leader with the capability to mentor & direct your team

Responsibilities

• Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
• Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers and Managers
• Ensure consistency, improvements are embedded, and skills are transferred

Preferred Qualifications

Language skills in Spanish or French would be highly regarded
