Summary

Join our dynamic Digital Product Engineering company as a Product Manager/Business Analyst specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI applications. You will define the product vision, execute the roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies and LLMs to translate product vision into detailed requirements and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals. You will also conduct user research, analyze feedback, and monitor the competitive landscape to drive differentiation strategies. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM capabilities.

Requirements

  • Possess Generative AI Fundamentals (Strong), Program Backlog Management (Expert), and Jira skills
  • Have strong experience in Product Management / Business Analysis, preferably in AI, ML, or LLM-based products
  • Possess a strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and machine learning concepts
  • Have experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Be familiar with AI/ML model evaluation metrics and fine-tuning strategies
  • Demonstrate strong data-driven decision-making, with experience using SQL, analytics tools, or A/B testing
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable business insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-driven applications
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in the AI/LLM space
  • Work with engineering and data science teams to translate product vision into detailed requirements
  • Prioritize features based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Ensure continuous alignment with Agile best practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define model requirements and evaluate AI solutions
  • Understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI principles
  • Drive experiments, model fine-tuning, and AI feature enhancements
  • Act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and end-users
  • Effectively communicate product insights, requirements, and updates to stakeholders
  • Create detailed documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on AI-powered product features
  • Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.)
  • Have hands-on experience with Python, AI workflows, or prompt engineering
  • Possess knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hold certifications in AI, Data Science, or Agile Product Management
