Associate Principal Engineer

Summary

Join our dynamic and global Digital Product Engineering company as we scale! We're seeking a bilingual (Japanese and English) expert with at least 5 years of experience in ERP SCM modules. You will participate in requirement gathering, ensure timely project delivery, collaborate with technical consultants, and work on cloud ERP configuration, data loading, and testing. Experience with SAP modules (SCM, PP, QM, MM) or dealer management applications is highly valued. This role involves implementing and configuring SCM modules, providing training and support, developing documentation, and conducting UAT.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in ERP SCM module
• Japanese and English Bi-lingual expertise
• Experience in either of the below: SCM Module in ERP SAP Production Planning Module (PP) SAP QM Module SAP MM Module Any SAP SCM Module Dealer Management application experience (e.g Experience in MS Dynamics CADIA)
• Worked on projects related to ERP or CRM (SAP/Salesforce/ Oracle) development, enhancements, upgrades, and other various Business Systems projects
• Familiar with ERP or CRM (SAP/Salesforce/ Oracle or any other ERP) implementations

Responsibilities

• Participate in Requirement gathering workshops
• Ensure quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables
• Work collaboratively within the technical consultants for developments
• Working on Cloud ERP Configuration, Data loading and testing
• Implement and configure SCM modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Develop and maintain documentation for the project processes
• Assist in the development of custom reports and dashboards
• Provide technical support during system go-lives
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
