Requirements

  • Experience : 11+ Years
  • Minimum 8โ€“10 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance with sound knowledge of the end-to-end pharmacovigilance value chain
  • Proven ability to generate automation ideas and use cases within the pharmacovigilance value chain (e.g., ICSR, Aggregate Reporting, Signal Management) using niche technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-focused approach
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and creating detailed, concise documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
  • Proactive organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient project delivery
  • Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Pharmacovigilance Expert, providing domain expertise and innovation to build the practice
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to align business requirements with technical deliverables for successful project execution
  • Develop and document functional specifications based on an analysis of business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across the pharmacovigilance value chain
  • Serve as a Business Analyst, leveraging deep expertise in pharmacovigilance safety databases
  • Work within an Agile framework, utilizing tools like JIRA to support story grooming, backlog creation, and functional expertise for technical teams
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, incorporating them into project workflows
  • Solve complex technical challenges efficiently, ensuring the stability and performance of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Analyst experience (minimum 2 years preferred) with a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance safety databases
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including tools like JIRA, story grooming, and backlog creation
