Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with various stakeholders affected by the change
• Understand changes users would like to the products, explain product capabilities, set expectations and communicate progress updates with customers
• Gather and analyze data related to the change efforts, such as employee feedback, engagement levels, and performance metrics
• Lead initiatives & plan with the development team with prior communication with different stakeholders
• Understand requirements & pass it on to development team
• Be a bridge between end user & development team for any issue resolution
• Analyze the issue & patterns for proactive quality improvement

Proficiency in communication tools, collaboration platforms, and data analytics software
