• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to different audiences

• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to address issues
• Influence and Persuasion: Ability to be persuasive communicators to gain buy-in from stakeholders and inspire employees to embrace the change
• Ability to gather and analyze data related to the change efforts, such as employee feedback, engagement levels, and performance metrics
• Proficiency in communication tools, collaboration platforms, and data analytics software
• Experience in managing change lifecycle during project maintenance phase
• Ability to lead initiatives & get that planned with the development team with prior communication with different stakeholders
