• Have experience in managing change lifecycle during project maintenance phase

Responsibilities

• Convey complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences
• Identify and engage with stakeholders affected by change
• Understand user desired product changes, explain product capabilities, set expectations, and communicate progress updates
• Adapt to changing circumstances
• Think creatively and find innovative solutions to address issues
• Persuade stakeholders and inspire employees to embrace change
• Gather and analyze data related to change efforts (employee feedback, engagement levels, performance metrics)
• Manage the change lifecycle during project maintenance
• Lead initiatives and plan them with the development team after communicating with stakeholders
• Understand requirements and pass them on to the development team
• Act as a bridge between end-users and the development team for issue resolution
• Analyze issues and patterns for proactive quality improvement
