Associate Principal Engineer, Lead ITCL Engineer

This role requires expertise in Python, React, RAG, AWS, and extensive experience in GenAI development, deployment, and scaling. Success in this position demands a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, LLMs, and various AI APIs. Requirements

• Must have Skills: Python (Expert), React (Capable), RAG, AWS
• Must have experience in GenAI
• Must have experience on deploying GenAI applications on Cloud
• Must have experience on scaling of GenAI solutions
• Must have experience in cost optimization on model selection, usage, deployment
• Must have experience on ensuring privacy of data
• Experience on mentoring the team on architecture and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience in model fine-tuning and training
• Must have experience in handling any Big Data tools (Spark etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS landscape
• Strong proficiency in Python & statistical skills
• Requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience in backend development, distributed systems, and integrations
• Especially in designing resilient architectures and working with multi-tenant systems
