Associate Principal Engineer, Lead ITCL Engineer

Summary

This leadership role requires owning the product roadmap, managing stakeholders, and driving architecture and infrastructure development. You will lead full-stack GenAI software development, mentor teams, and integrate AI-powered enterprise applications. The position demands expertise in GenAI, cloud deployment, scaling solutions, cost optimization, data privacy, and mentoring. Strong Python and statistical skills are essential, along with experience in cloud-native architectures, LLMs, and various AI APIs. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with big data tools and AWS.

Requirements

• Must have Skills: Python (Expert), React (Capable), RAG, AWS
• Must have experience in GenAI
• Must have experience on deploying GenAI applications on Cloud
• Must have experience on scaling of GenAI solutions
• Must have experience in cost optimization on model selection, usage, deployment
• Must have experience on ensuring privacy of data
• Experience on mentoring the team on architecture and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience in model fine-tuning and training
• Must have experience in handling any Big Data tools (Spark etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS landscape
• Strong proficiency in Python & statistical skills
• Requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience in backend development, distributed systems, and integrations
• Especially in designing resilient architectures and working with multi-tenant systems

Responsibilities
