Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including development and administration
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and managing teams
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems
  • Experience with Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gearset)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce best practices, architecture, and technical problem-solving
  • Allocate resources efficiently and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices
  • Implement Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects
  • Drive technical discussions and make key architectural decisions to optimize performance and user experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce implementations, streamline processes, and optimize system performance
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to enhance the platform's capabilities
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project updates, risks, and milestones
  • Provide regular reports on project status, team performance, and key outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce solutions
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging tools like MuleSoft, APIs, or other integration platforms
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
