Associate RCM Client Advisor

Summary

Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as an Associate Client Advisor and become the primary point of contact for up to four clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and compile monthly reports summarizing client activities and performance. Manage client portfolios, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to provide optimal support. Identify opportunities to improve client services and contribute to a positive team environment. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, proficiency in Google Suite and EMA/PM software, and proven experience in a client-facing role. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in a client-facing role or customer service environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Google Suite and with EMA/PM software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, handling inquiries and resolving issues as they arise
• Compile and submit end-of-month reports, summarizing client activities, performance metrics, and any outstanding issues
• Manage a portfolio of up to four clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications within Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with the best solutions and support
• Identify opportunities for improved client services and provide feedback to management
• Uphold the company’s values and contribute positively to the team environment
