Associate Staff Consultant

Summary

Join Nagarro's HR team as a focused and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will play a key role in discovering and developing Nagarro's most important resource: its people. Your primary focus will be attracting, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top candidates, driving best practices, and maximizing competitive advantage. You will also contribute to other HR processes and internal engagement initiatives. This role requires a proven track record in recruitment within a multinational company or agency, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and comfortable working in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a multinational company/recruitment agency
• Experience with direct and indirect candidate sourcing via professional networking, relevant media, advertising, and liaising with external agencies
• Ability to focus on multiple recruitment projects
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, good facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment and get involved as a subject matter expert on different HR topics
• Proactive, adaptable, and driven
• English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Use a wide range of channels to source candidates
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Non-Engineering roles
• Keep data up to date in the internal Applicants Tracking System
• Build a high-quality relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Participate in other HR projects and initiatives related to local events and branding programs
