Associate Staff Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company, as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant. You will leverage your 7+ years of experience to lead successful project implementations, upgrades, and migrations. This role requires expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, design, and technical implementation, including proficiency in various tools and technologies. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing solutions, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

Requirements

• Total Experience 7+ years
• Expertise in Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Proven track record of successful project implementations, including upgrades and migrations
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations architecture, design principles, and best practices
• Expertise in technical design and implementation, including object-oriented programming, data integration, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and RSAT for development and deployment
• Knowledge of modern technologies like Dataverse, Azure Synapse Link, and UDE
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and experience executing them
• Strong integration skills (API-based, file-based, EDI, bank formats)
• Proficiency in customizing reports, forms, and extending standard modules
• Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
