You will leverage your 5+ years of experience in HCM Workday Compensation to design and implement solutions for clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, translating them into technical designs, identifying optimal solutions, and defining project guidelines. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in various Workday Compensation modules and reporting techniques.

Requirements

• Total Experience 5+ years
• Strong knowledge of HCM Workday Compensation, including best practices and industry standards
• Strong experience in resolving HCM/Compensation issues by devising calculation logics aligned with business
• Experienced in supporting deployment activities, including phase-x implementation and hyper care responsibilities
• Knowledgeable in HCM topics, with a focus on compensation, hire to retire business processes, supervisory organization setups, and related modules
• Strong grasp of configuring business processes and assessing their impact
• Proficient in EIB loads and data conversion processes
• Skilled in addressing business process issues, including configuring documents, creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts, and Dashboards
• Experience in handling Compensation configuration issues effectively
• Familiarity with reporting techniques, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, with a focus on compensation/HCM reporting
• Proficient in developing HCM/Compensation related Dashboards Discovery Boards, and visually appealing reports based on client specifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
