Summary

Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as an EDI Integration Specialist. You will design, develop, and support EDI integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end EDI processes, implementing and troubleshooting transaction sets, and configuring trading partner profiles. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in EDI and B2B integration, strong knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, and proficiency in EDI standards like ANSI X12 and EDIFACT. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

  • Total Experience 5+years
  • Hands on working experience in EDI and B2B integration
  • Strong working knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI)
  • Proficient in EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
  • Experience with transaction sets such as 850, 855, 810, 820, 856, 997, and INVOIC, ORDERS, DESADV, ORDRSP
  • Good understanding of business process management, envelope creation, and partner configuration
  • Experience with Sterling File Gateway, BPML, or Map Editor
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific EDI guidelines (Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support EDI integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Manage end-to-end EDI processes including mapping, transformation, envelope configuration, and trading partner onboarding
  • Implement and troubleshoot EDI transaction sets
  • Configure and maintain trading partner profiles and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, etc.)
  • Work closely with internal business teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and timely exchange
  • Monitor and maintain EDI jobs, processes, and system performance
  • Document processes, mappings, and configuration for ongoing support and audit compliance
