Responsibilities include supporting project teams in developing concepts and architectures for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central, performing configurations, participating in customer workshops, contributing to innovation specifications, and conducting customer demonstrations. Requirements
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Exhibit a high level of customer orientation, service orientation, and business acumen
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill set
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
- Work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
- 3+ years of professional experience with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in developing concepts and architectures for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central
- Perform necessary configurations within SAP SuccessFactors in line with project concepts
- Engage in customer workshops, contributing to and documenting outcomes
- Innovation Specification Participation in Fit2Standard workshops to detail desired innovations and new release functionalities
- Prepare and conduct customer demonstrations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Portuguese is a plus
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is desired but not mandatory
- Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
