Summary

The job is for a Technical Consultant/Support role at Printec, a company specializing in business-to-customer transaction technologies. Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Excellent coding abilities, particularly in C#, with a robust understanding of the latest .NET Frameworks such as .NET Core 3.1 and .NET 6
• Good understanding of web service technologies, especially .NET restful APIs
• Competence in SQL and relational databases, with a focus on MS SQL Server 2012 or later
• Thorough command of Greek and English language

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all aspects of architecture of Printecs’ products providing Technical Consulting/Support to clients, partners and internal teams
• Identifying, understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Participate in the design of new products and features during sprint planning’s
• Participating in troubleshooting and customer support when required
• Preparing documentation (user manuals, specifications documents etc.) related to software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science will be considered a plus
• Familiarity with web applications and JavaScript frameworks, preferably in Angular 12+
• Knowledge of integration, functional, and UI Automation testing is advantageous
• Experience in cross-platform mobile development is a significant asset
