Requirements

  • Bachelor’s. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1- 4 years of experience in university recruitment, early careers management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • A deep passion for engaging with and developing early career talent
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive and inclusive approach

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop comprehensive strategies for university hiring and early career programs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations to promote the company as an employer of choice
  • Negotiate with colleges and universities to secure dream slots and prime recruitment opportunities for the organization
  • Oversee the design and execution of early career programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles
  • Plan and participate in on-campus and virtual recruitment events, workshops, leadership talks, and pre-placement talks to attract and engage potential candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from application to onboarding
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to university hiring and early career programs to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to align on recruitment goals and program effectiveness
