You will manage team members, identify prospective clients, and participate in business development. The salary range is $107,000 to $122,000 per year, and the position is currently remote.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading direct response marketing, digital strategy, and creative best practices for nonprofits, politicals, or both
• A predisposition toward out-of-the-box thinking and bold ideas
• Comfort working up and down your skillset
• Experience with client-facing roles
• A passion for supporting and connecting with individuals and teams, both colleagues and mentees

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of compelling, authentic creative strategies for world-changing nonprofits, Democratic elected officials, and political challengers
• Use the latest industry trends to both inform and improve our strategies
• Manage team members and guiding career development equitably
• Identifying prospective clients in need of the services that we provide and provide an entrée for us to design and pitch engagements
• Participating in agency work as well as business development, including bringing our best creative work forward in proposals and pitches

Preferred Qualifications

• Background managing teams is preferred
• Experience with business development is a plus
