Summary
Join us as an Associate-Clinical Transformation at Innovaccer to support the Clinical Transformation Team in driving operational excellence across the external-facing Innovaccer University tool. You'll work with other CT and Product team members to build out and update a challenging and engaging training environment that enables our customers to thrive and grow.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills; patience and respect are a must
- Strong skills with Google suite applications, especially excel/sheets for operational reporting
- Ability to learn and navigate PM tools (managed by 3rd party vendors)
- Ability to self-manage, focus and prioritize under moderately stressful conditions
- 1-4 years of experience or study in corporate training, marketing, sales or engineering fields
- A genuine interest in Healthcare and/or Marketing, or Sales, or Learning is preferred
- Comfortable working US shift hours or hybrid schedule US/IST schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems & Project Management applications
- Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite
Responsibilities
- Work with the CT Team to build out the curriculum for Innovaccer University, maintaining the content within the courses to match the Product Release schedule
- Manage the Docebo (LMS System) relationship in conjunction with the Sales Enablement Team Specialist to ensure the platform is appropriate for both internal and external consumers
- Maintain Innovaccer University’s certification planner, tracking the enrollment, completion and partial completion of courses
- Develop a plan to grow adoption of the Innovaccer University tool, with strategic initiatives identified to drive usage of the tool
- Measure the effectiveness of the certification pathways across the customer base
- Work with the team to develop new certification methodologies and challenges that ensure an environment of continuous learning
- Create and design various reports and dashboards for tracking training and certification compliance
- Co-support the third party vendor relationships that help build and update Innovaccer University curriculum/content
- Collaborate with Product Teams, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date with the latest and greatest material
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering, or Marketing, or Sales and/or corporate operations or training background is preferred
- Experience in certifications/or assessment based enablement in past roles
- Project Management - Handling multiple work streams- understanding of agile work practices
- Stakeholder management skills
- Understanding and knowledge of SaaS based product and sales cycle
- Organization and time management skills; dedication to completing tasks/projects in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented and attitude to follow through
- Self starter comfortable working independently
- Adaptability and flexibility- comfortable with continuously changing priorities
- Analytical thinker who proactively anticipates next best actions
