Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness
- Experience with sales force automation tools and systems
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management
- Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics
- Familiarity with SAS for statistical analysis and modeling
