Remote Associate/Senior Associate, Incentive Compensation Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness
• Experience with sales force automation tools and systems
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations
• Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management
• Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics
• Familiarity with SAS for statistical analysis and modeling
